Cagayan province, located on the northern portion of the island of Luzon, is several hours drive from Manila but is about an hours flight from the nation's capital. IWS Philippines official co-representatives Erwin Mallari and Lito Brion Ballaran were welcomed at the airport by Tuguegarao artist Jen Utleg Consumido and the representatives from the Office of the Cagayan Provincial Museum.
